1. Services
New England Pro Fence Corp provides fence installation, fence repair, and snow removal services in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. The information on our Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or contract.
All services are subject to a separate written estimate or service agreement provided after an on-site consultation. Prices, availability, and timelines may vary based on project specifications, materials, and site conditions.
2. Estimates and Pricing
We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all our services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and may be adjusted if conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment.
A written estimate or proposal must be accepted and signed by the customer before work begins. Final pricing is confirmed in the signed agreement and will not change unless additional work is requested or unforeseen conditions are discovered (in which case we will notify you before proceeding).
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each individual service agreement. In general:
- A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in the agreement
- Final payment is due upon completion of the project and customer walkthrough
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees as described in the service agreement
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We make every effort to begin and complete projects on the agreed-upon schedule. However, project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, permit delays, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation policies are described in each service agreement.
5. Warranty
New England Pro Fence Corp stands behind the quality of our work. Our standard warranty includes:
- Workmanship warranty: We guarantee our installation work against defects for the period specified in your service agreement
- Material warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used and vary by product
The warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather events, vehicle impact, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. Please contact us for full warranty details.
6. Permits and Compliance
We assist with obtaining necessary building permits and ensure that our installations comply with local building codes and regulations. However, the property owner is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the fence or structure meets all applicable zoning and HOA requirements.
We are not responsible for fines or penalties resulting from pre-existing violations, undisclosed property restrictions, or HOA rules not communicated to us prior to installation.
7. Property and Utilities
Before beginning any installation, we coordinate utility marking through Dig Safe or equivalent services. The customer is responsible for informing us of any known underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other structures that may not be detected by standard utility marking services.
New England Pro Fence Corp is not liable for damage to unmarked or improperly marked underground utilities or structures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New England Pro Fence Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of New England Pro Fence Corp or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
10. Website Use
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
